Inca – the flexible standard system
The Itello system is called Inca and is a general platform for managing financial instruments and contracts, for example, insurance, funds, and other types of instruments. The platform is newly developed from the ground up and is modular in its construction. The different modules are designed to work as a unit but can also work independently. Individual components can be integrated with already existing systems used by our customers.

Inca Insurance is a modern and comprehensive standard system for administration of personal insurances and pensions. It is developed to handle advanced administration of all types of pensions and insurance products (in one system—unusual today). In the system's product workshop, an insurance company's specific product portfolio is configured. New products and product packages can be introduced quickly and easily without programming effort.

Inca Invoicing and In Payment and Inca Out Payment can be used as independent modules.

Inca is built to be independent of operating system, database, and other system components. A large emphasis has been placed on being able to manage large volumes. A high level of security, 24-hour operation, and language and currency independence are characteristics that make Inca suit both large and small companies.

Inca is one of the few standard systems on the market where the same system can be used by all customers. If customer specific adjustments are necessary, for example, integration with existing systems, this is executed using well defined interfaces.
