The result - Itello's annual customer survey
Each year, Itello conducts a survey to find out more about customer perception of our business as well to identify areas that we can develop and improve. Our customers answered questions about Itello, our employees, our support and our services and deliveries. For each participant, we also donated 100 SEK to the Swedish Children's Cancer Foundation.
The yearly survey shows that our customers are very satisfied in general and we are pleased that more and more people recommend Itello to their networks. We are a very customer-friendly organization and we always strive to maintain a close dialogue with our customers. I believe that this foundation provides a sense of security that is important when estimating a business partner.

As in previous years, our customers give us a high score and we are pleased that more people recommend Itello to their networks. Our employees continue to receive high scores, mainly in terms of commitment and professionalism. An area of improvement from last year's survey was proactivity, and we will continue this work moreover in 2020.
This year, thanks to the high participation, we were able to donate 11 100 SEK to the Swedish Children's Cancer Foundation.
